Well, people whine about it.
Today a guy whined a lot about it and later when you asked for this new function I decided to rewrite that part too.

He said he was concerned by the security risks. As people may try to hack someone they dislike.

But all these UrT players also hang out on QuakeNet. So... if you want the "bad guy"'s IP, just  run a whois in IRC.

I think I'll let the last octet be hidden for now.
It's just a variable setting, true or false, so it's easy to change it back later on.
